Burnsville Beyond the Yellow Ribbon

In an effort to create awareness about Burnsville Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, the city placed Yellow Ribbon magnets on all Burnsville police, fire and rescue vehicles. This, in conjunction with their many other community initiatives, led to the Burnsville Yellow Ribbon Network being proclaimed Yellow Ribbon by Gov. Mark Dayton March 30, 2012.
