Defense Centers of Excellence Outreach Call Center
Offers help around the clock, seven days a week. The call center helps veterans who are struggling with emotional and psychological illnesses, along with difficulties readjusting to civilian life.

Provides housing, employment and legal assistance to positively motivated veterans across the state of Minnesota who are homeless, in danger of homelessness or are experiencing life crisis. There are three MACV offices, located in Minneapolis, Duluth and Mankato.
