Free Legal Assistance for Veteran and Servicemember Business Owners with the University of Minnesota Business Law BIZVET Clinic

Where: University of Minnesota Business Law Clinic, Minneapolis

About: Servicemembers and veterans have the opportunity to receive free legal assistance from University of Minnesota Business Law Clinic students. Law students are supervised by experienced business law and corporate group attorneys from local law firms. Areas of legal support will start from the very beginning steps of business formation, management and governance to the creation and interpretation of contracts and agreements.

Veterans wishing to form a new business must have a completed business plan. Approved business plans will then be recommended to apply for the Business Law Clinic legal service opportunity. Ten slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
